Beautiful view & location

"Our group of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, & 2 grandkids) enjoyed our annual trip yo MB. This was the 1st time in this unit. The building was well maintained, the layout was perfect, & the location was excellent. The bridge to the parking garage & the lazy River were big pluses for my family. For being in a high rise, it didn’t feel like a high rise. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, you didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator, & there wasn’t a mad rush at check-in or check-out. We had a few minor issues that were mostly corrected (door handle to balcony & smoky smell in bathroom). The furnishings were great as well. This unit truly feels like someone’s 2nd home & it feels crowded/overwhelming. The cabinets were all packed with various kitchen items (only a small section in closet to store dry goods) & the China hutch was fully stocked with every item you could need to serve a holiday meal. Overall it was a great week. "

Wonderful Place

"This was a lovely vacation condo - everything was just as pictured in the listing. We were a little too close to the pool and deck but that was our over sight. The HOA kept a close watch on activities and we had a peaceful 10 days. The beach is unbelievably close! And the house was fantastic. We had a couple small issues that were immediately addressed and corrected quickly. "

"We enjoyed this vacation home. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The furniture in the living room is very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't realize how close we would be to the pool and the people on the deck there but because the HOA is right in the building, they seemed to keep a good eye on the noise level and any other matter that arose there. We found the people who resided in the building to be very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the toilet and A/C; called the owner and it was taken care of quickly. The beach is closer than any other vacation home I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach! A quick walk and you are there! The grounds where well maintained and beautiful. I would love to stay here again."
