MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. This 1750 sq ft. 4 bedroom/3 bath end unit is located, on the 17th Floor. The 25' oceanfront balcony allows access, from the living room and master bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and full size washer/dryer. The living room has a 55" HD Smart flat screen cable TV, DVD player, carpeted floor, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom offers 1 king size bed, 32" HD Smart flat screen cable TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite master bathroom that has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and separate glass enclosed shower. The second guest room has 1 queen size bed, with a 32" HD Smart flat screen cable TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The third guest room has 1 queen size bed, and a 32" HD Smart flat screen cable TV. The fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds, with 32" HD Smart flat screen cable TV/DVD. Free wireless Internet is provided with TWO Internet access points within the condo for stronger signal. "Beautiful condo with the best ocean views in NMB! Short walk to Main Street for breakfast, lunch, pizza, music, or a late night ice-cream from the Melt! The condo is well equipped with anything you might need including smart TV’s, comfortable beds, Keurig coffee, fast internet, and plenty of kitchen items. Surely you will want to return as I do for direct ocean views out front and up the beach to Cherry Grove and beyond. Can’t wait to come back next year! Miss it all ready! "

Everything you could want

"This place has an incredible view of the ocean. You can thoroughly enjoy the ocean and don’t even need to be on the beach! It’s very private and since it’s an end unit, it has the bonus of extra windows on the side for more light to come in and better views. It feels very open and is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and has a new refrigerator. The furniture, TVs and decor is all top notch. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated, roomy and very comfortable. The WiFi worked extremely well and was superfast throughout the whole unit. Very relaxing and we had a blast. Love the location, beach, pools, lazy river and even easy access to spray sand off after the beach. Condo was perfect blend of access and privacy. Will definitely be coming back!!!"
